F. David Woolfson is a business lawyer in private practice in Toronto, Ontario. David is associated with numerous “next generation” technology companies in Canada, the USA and the EU, primarily in the fields of information and communications, advanced visual displays and green energy. He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School (1981) and a Bachelors of Arts Degree (Honours) from York University (1977). David joined ONYX in 2009 as director of new business development and supports company growth through his entrepreneurial insights, network of business relationships and technology vision.
