Wayne Hammond has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. Beginning as a development engineer, Wayne worked solely on futuristic military systems — including radar and antenna designs, stealth features of air-launched cruise missiles and avionics and stealth features of B1 and B2 bombers. Wayne has a background in electomagnetics, electronics, materials science, armor development and manufacturing and chemical processes. For the last 10 years, Wayne has led technology teams in developing sensitive and classified programs where he was responsible for defining the system, developing the technology, producing and testing prototypes and preparing for initial production.
